We analyse your needs and objectives
Before presenting the Quickbrain software program, we meet with you and ask you to tell us what you expect. We help you reformulate your expectations in order to be sure that we have fully understood your maintenance issues.
When necessary, we may carry out a comprehensive audit of the maintenance processes, based on the standard NF X 60027:
- How are parts purchased ?
- How are they stored ?
- How is their maintenance organised on a daily basis ?
- What are the resulting maintenance issues ?
Over 13 processes are reviewed during an interview with the site managers and a report highlighting the prerequisites required to implement the tool is presented to the client.
